In these pages, we hope to give you an idea of what we can do to help if you are hoping to achieve or avoid a pregnancy, using a method that is natual, holistic and works co-operatively with your body.It is estimated that one in six couples will experience problems trying to conceive. Initially, they may be told to 'keep trying' for a year before investigations start. They may undergo a barrage of tests, investigations and invasive treatments. Sometimes a physical or medical problem is diagnosed but often they come up against the frustrating diagnosis of "unexplained infertility". Maybe they are able to conceive, only to suffer the heartbreak of miscarriage. Again, it is unlikely that any investigations will start until a woman has had 3 consecutive miscarriages.
On the other hand, many couples are looking for a natural method of family planning. Something that is holistic, reliable, morally acceptable and works with the body rather than against it.
But how many of us actually understand how our bodies work? Going back to basics can shine a whole new light on a situation, even when avenues of traditional medical care have been exhausted. How much better would it be if we understood our cycles of fertility before we even tried to conceive?At Natural Fertility, our aim is to help you to understand what is happening with your body and teach you how to work with your fertility in a completely natural way - whether it is your intention to achieve or avoid a pregnancy. We teach the Creighton Model System of Natural Family Planning, which is a structured method of charting a woman's cycle that has been used for over 30 years. We also work in conjunction with NaPro (Natural Procreative) Technology, a new repoductive and healthcare science.

Our Creighton Model Fertility Care practitioner is based in Reading, so can cover much of the South of England, including Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. For clients who are unable to travel to Reading, consultations can be held via Skype.
